Engineering Report:
A client engaged Allplant to develop a reliable control solution to prevent hydraulic pumps on a service cart from operating without fluid and sustaining damage. The Allplant engineering team designed and implemented a custom control system that automatically isolates power to the pumps when fluid levels reach a defined minimum threshold. The scope of work included electrical system design, controller programming, custom wiring harness fabrication, and onsite commissioning. The completed system provides a robust, operator-safe solution that ensures pump protection, reduces the risk of mechanical failure, and minimises unplanned maintenance.
